Set Up 2-Step Verification

Effective Date: March 30, 2020

Requirement: Mandatory for all employees

Note: We strongly recommend setting up multiple verification methods. For instance, if you travel frequently, consider using the Microsoft Authenticator app. This app is the easiest verification method to use and helps you avoid text or call charges.

Why Use 2-Step Verification?

By setting up 2-step verification, you add an extra layer of security to your account. This process requires you to sign in with your password (the first step) and a code sent to your phone, an authentication app, or an alternate email (the second step). This ensures that even if your password is compromised, your account remains protected.
