Experiencing difficulty accessing your IRISNDT account due to a forgotten password? Or maybe you're simply interested in enhancing your account security by changing your current password? In this article, we'll guide you through the steps for resetting your IRISNDT account password from any device.

While this tutorial was created using Google Chrome on an iPhone, it applies across all browsers and platforms, such as iOS, Windows, or Android. 

 

 

Initiating the Password Reset Procedure

There are multiple locations for starting the password reset procedure, including user settings in Outlook Webmail, the website https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com, or under the Systems heading on the landing page. All these routes share a similar procedure.

For this walkthrough, we'll start with the "Forgot my password" link on Microsoft login pages.

Input Your IRISNDT.com Email Address

On this page, you need to input your IRISNDT email address, which allows the system to identify which account's password needs resetting.

To verify you're not a robot, you'll also need to complete a CAPTCHA challenge by entering characters displayed in an image. After this, click on the 'Next' button.

Select 'I forgot my password'

You'll then encounter a prompt asking why you're experiencing sign-in issues. Select 'I forgot my password' to proceed with the password change.

Should your account get locked in the future, you can select 'I know my password, but still can't sign in' to unlock it.

Click the 'Email' button

Next, click 'Email' to receive an automated verification code to the email you'd previously set as your authentication email.

You would have set up this email during your initial login to IRISNDT web services such as the Landing Page or Webmail. If you didn't add an authentication email, you would need to contact IT support for assistance.

Locate Your Verification Code in Your Email

Check the email you designated as your authentication email for a message containing verification codes. This email will come from "Microsoft on behalf of IRISNDT", and the address is msonlineservicesteam@irisndt.com. If you don't see this email, please check your spam and promotions folders.

 

Enter the provided code into the designated box on the password reset site and click 'Next'.

 

Establish Your New Password

You're now able to create a new password! Be aware that your password must meet IRISNDT complexity and history requirements.

These include:

  • At least 8 characters in length
  • Including three of the four following character types: lower-case letters, UPPER-CASE LETTERS, numerical digits, and symbols such as - !@#$%^&*( ) :;";,<.>
  • Excluding your first or last name, the company name "IRISNDT", and any previously used password

If your new password doesn't fulfill these requirements, it will be automatically rejected, and you'll be asked to try again.

After settling on a suitable password, click 'Finish'.

Completion

A screen will appear, confirming that you've successfully reset your password. You can now access your account using your newly created password!
